UKK Bitumen Primer is a cold-applied, solvent-borne liquid bituminous primer designed to seal pores in concrete and masonry surfaces. It provides an exceptional moisture barrier, prevents subterranean hydrostatic pressure, and ensures maximum bonding adhesion for subsequent topcoats or waterproofing membranes.

Substrate Requirements Prior to Application
Concrete slab moisture must not exceed 4%. Mechanically profile to CSP 2-3 via diamond grinding and apply compatible UKK primer prior to body coat.
